Salesman Bryant worked hard to get a deal in place for us and I appreciate that. I never haggled on the price but did ask for a new inspection (runs out in three weeks), and an oil change (due in 18 miles per the Matthews sticker) and was told they could do it. The issue was there is only one key and I was told they couldn't do anything about it. No problem but all cars should have two keys so I asked for $100 off the sticker price to offset the price of me buying another key. Bryant went to ask his manager and came back with my down payment. I don't think I've ever lost a vehicle over $100 off the sticker price. Of course it was after 5 on a Friday, maybe the manager just wanted to go home. All my friends and acquaintances are like me and want a fair deal so I will make sure they all know that Matthews is not the dealer for that.

I was looking into buying my first car by myself as I have a new baby and needed something safer. Knowing absolutely NOTHING of buying cars, I awkwardly walked into Matthews and Vince immediately walked up to me and knew exactly how to help me! I never felt hassled or betrayed by their kindness or transparency. The vehicle was owned by the manager's parents and it runs like a dream! Plus I feel 100% safer in the new vehicle (Chevy Equinox 2011). I will probably never buy a car anywhere else but there for a very long time!
On Nov.3, I bought a new car at Matthews Motors. I have been coming back here for over 10 years. I get the best treatment, deals and and respect of any place I have ever been. I have been dealing with John Lamonski and he has been great to me! John goes above and beyond to help me find what I need. He is a wonderful salesman and always is organized and knows his cars! I plan on dealing with John in the future. Go see John.....He will get the job done!
