1) WORST COMPANY EVER DON'T BUY CARS FROM THEM AND DON'T EVEN RENT CAR FROM THEM IF YOU HAVE NO INSURANCE. I KNOW PEOPLE WHO COMPLAIN THEY WILL NEVER BUY CARS FROM THEM. THEY WILL SELL YOU THEIR WORST CAR AND OF COURSE A FEW DAYS LATER YOU WILL BRING THE CAR BACK TO HAVE IT CHECKED. AND THEY NEVER FIX THE CAR TO THE FULLEST BECAUSE THEY WILL MAKE YOU COME BACK AND FORTH UNTIL YOUR WARRANTY EXPIRES SO YOU CAN START PAYING MORE.
My car broke down in Mansfield on a Saturday and Matthews provided friendly service and was extremely accommodating picking us up from where my car was towed. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind, understanding how we was hoping to get back on the road quickly to get to a friend's wedding. We were able to drop off the car the next day even though it was a holiday weekend and they adjusted our fee for the weekend to reflect the time we actually had the car as opposed to our initial guess. Overall, I was thankful to find Matthews!

Lied about being able to make a spare key when I needed some deer damage fixed. .. or I never would have taken it to them. .. and the auto start never worked after they fixed the deer damage...
ALL CAR RENTAL COMPANIES WILL PROVIDE YOU THEIR INSURANCE AND THERE'S NO SUCH THINGS THAT YOU NEED TO BRING AN AUTO INSURANCE TO RENT A CAR...PEOPLE RENT A CAR INITIALLY BECAUSE THEY 1ST HAVE NO CAR THEN 2ND PEOPLE WHO WILL TRAVEL FAR THEY PREFER TO RENT A CAR INSTEAD OF PUTTING MORE MILEAGE ON THEIRS BUT THE IDEA OF CAR RENTAL WAS AT 1ST FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NO CAR OR THEIR CAR CRASHES ETC. AND NEED TO GO SOMEWHERE AND NEED TO RENT ONE, I CAN UNDERSTAND IF YOU ASK FOR DRIVER'S LICENSE AND A MAJOR CREDIT CARD BUT AS FOR CAR INSURANCE THAT'S NOT RIGHT OR MAYBE RIGHT FOR YOU BUT NOT FOR PEOPLE.

2) THEY WILL NOT RENT YOU A CAR IF YOU DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR INSURANCE, WHO DOES THAT?IF I'M FROM CANADA BUT MY WIFE'S FROM HERE AND I WANTED TO RENT A CAR WHICH THEY HAVE ONE AVAILABLE AND I HAD TO GO TO A BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION I WAS DISAPPOINTED WHEN THE RUDE REP DIDN'T WANT TO ASSIST ME JUST BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE AUTO INSURANCE?!!!!
